Q: Do you have a store front?

A: Yes we have a store front now. We are located at 461 Ranger rd Mary Esther FL. Right off hwy 98.

Q: Is it possible to do In-Store Pick-up?

A: Yes. If you purchase an item off of our Facebook page or website you can pick up your item(s) at the store front during operating hours.

 

Q: I have an open box with you on Facebook. Can I add my website order to my open box?

A: YES! we have an option at checkout "add to open box". You must have a balance on your open box or contact us to use this option. If you do not have an open box a shipping invoice will be email to you.

Q: If I spend $150 on the website to get free shipping will I get free shipping on my Facebook order as well?

A: Sorry but no. The website is formatted for free shipping at $150 to where our Facebook shop is not. If you reach $150 on the website you will not be charged any additional shipping on your Facebook order. If your order is under $150 then additional shipping fees may be added.

Q: I live in another country. Can I purchase and ship overseas?

A: No. Unfortunately we no longer provide this due to long shipping times, getting stuck in customs with customs fees and the high expense to ship out of the states.

Q: Are shipping packages insured?

A: Yes. Standard shipping comes with $100 worth of insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages over $100. If you would like to add additional insurance to your package just contact us to get a quote. If your package is stolen you must contact your local authorities and shipping company. We are unable to help once package shows delivered.
